When the pandemic hit in 2020, we—like many others—faced unexpected changes, including being laid off from Zappos.com. Instead of seeing it as a setback, we took it as a chance to build something of our own.

With inspiration from Tony Hsieh, who provided us with the tools and mindset to embrace entrepreneurship, we took a leap of faith. Sitting at Atomic in Las Vegas, we brainstormed ideas that would soon come to life. We first launched Elite Beauty Productions, focusing on the beauty industry, and soon after, Elite Marketing Productions followed—expanding our expertise into LinkedIn outreach, social media strategy, public relations, and brand growth for businesses across industries.
